    Okay, a flat white is espresso with milk. Sometimes, 1 shot of espresso or sometimes 2 shots with steamed milk. It depends on the place. A long black is 2 shots of espresso-that’s it. These days, I’m making my own instant coffee in our cute studio apartment right on the lake in Wanaka. Or, I’m ordering a flat white with 2 sugars and trim milk. Either way, it’s working for me :)
